It will be considerd for each and everyone. If you are talking about failing your intermediate examination then yiu can write the eamcet exam but you will have to clear the supplementary to clear 13th criteria .

APEAMCET is an entrance exam which is a common entrance test used to get into universities for undergraduate courses.

to release the EAMCET rank, the general process is to add 75% based on your EAMCET marks and 25% IPE marks which leads to your EAMCET rank.

so without pass or failure, the 25 % IPE marks are added to the EAMCET rank calculation.
