As you mentioned your aapgecet rank as 265.....but you didn't mention about the course you want to opt ...

Here I'm assuming that you talk about engineering..so cut off appgecet for engineering are:-

Electrical and electronics

engineering . :- . 167

ECE . 117

CSE. 754

Information technology . 2349

There are some college where you can apply:-
