NLUs doesn't offer three year LLB course, what they offer is integrated law courses for a duration of five years based on 10+2 qualification, the eligibility criteria for three year LLB is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45-50% aggregate, admission process varies as per the norms of the university, for some it's done through entrance test such as

DU LLB by Delhi University
BHU UET by Banaras Hindu University
LAT by University of Allahabad

Apart from these there are also state level exams such as MAH CET LAW in Maharashtra, KLEE in Kerala, TS LAWCET in Telangana, AP LAWCET in Andhra Pradesh etc.

In some university like The Tamil Nadu Dr BR Ambedkar University, admission is done on the merit of the qualifying exam.
