Only half sleeves Shirts or tshirt are allowed to wear in NEET exam, full sleeves clothes are not allowed to wear on the day of NEET exam, also avoid wearing jeans or fitted pants, instead go for loose clothes such as loose trouser, loose pant or loose plaazo.
Clothes containing embroidery, Flower work, Brooches or extra zip locks are prohibited, avoid wearing earrings, ring, bracelets etc are not allowed.

The above mentioned dress code seems to be in sync with the guidelines provided by the NTA. Therefore, it is okay to wear what you have mentioned above. Keep in mind the following points  with regard to the NEET dress code:

• No full sleeves.
• No high heels.
• No elaborate embroidery on your dress.
• Avoid wearing jewelry.

No 3/4 not allowed half sleeves are okay  as major concern is that no student cheats in the exam  but plazzo is absolutely fine.

Yes,the apparel you are referring to is okay.Make sure you do not wear any ornaments and only carry the necessary documents like admit card,ID proof like aadhaar card and self declaration form.Maintain proper social distance and stay hygienic.

Yes, females are allowed to wear palazzos for neet exam as they come under losses trousers. Also, you can wear the top of half sleeves but make sure it doesn't contain any buttons or pins etc.
