Hello aspirant,
There's no clear and not clear criteria in cmat. On the basis of cmat score a student can apply through different colleges. However a score of 32 will fetch you a percentile below 10 and it's really difficult for you to get into any college with this score. I'll recommend you to focus on other mba entrance exam.
