As you mentioned,that you have secured 320 marks and are from sc category under west bengal state quota ;still your chances of getting a medical seat in government medical college are very less(if I'll consider last year's cutoff)

The last year's cutoff for sc category under state quota in west bengal reached till 350 ,that's why I am predicting your chances are less ;also this year there is increase in mbbs seats by 4,500 all over india ,so you should atleast go for the counseling.
