Liberal Arts is the best option for you. Some Liberal Arts universities like Ashoka University, offer to extend your study for 4 years. You can opt to do a double major in these 4 years. Or you can turn your major into an advance major. 

Pursuing a major and a minor in two different streams is also possible. Search for more such universities.
