Hi

In neet 2019 , 352 marks was the cutoff marks for sc category under Karnataka State quota to get a seat in Government Medical College and it was for Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, MADIKERI

So, considering previous year cutoff data 400 marks seems  decent for getting a government medical college under Karnataka State quota if you belong to SC category

But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to JSS University Mysore 2025

So, I would suggest you to target at least around 450 marks to be on the safe side in neet 2021 examination

As limited time is left for you neet  2021 examination to score good marks I would suggest you to utilise the remaining time, you  should focus on your neet examination preparation , go well through the chapters , solve  numericals and mcqs after finishing each chapter , follow a timetable   to avoid wastage of time and once you are  done with your neet syllabus focus  on  revision  and  then  go through previous  year  question papers and mock test papers. With a score of 400 in NEET 2021, only because you belong to the SC Category, I believe you will have fair chances in securing a seat at any of the Good Government or State Medical College for MBBS Course. Besides All India Neet Counselling, Karnataka has excellent private Medical Institutes as well as Deemed Universities like KIMS Bengaluru, under COMEDK Medical Counselling.

Medical colleges in Bengaluru and Karnataka in general have excellent infrastructure, faculty and hospital facilities and provide strong medical education.

Though you may get a seat at 400, but for now, your preliminary target should be to secure atleast a score of 500 and get admission in the Best Medical Institutes in India.
