Sorry but have not mentioned about the exam as well as your category but if you are talking about neet then your marks are low for getting a government college seat in punjab in general category . But you can apply for private colleges , there is a chance that you might get it or try for other courses like bams , bhms . You can get admission in government colleges in these courses.
