You can't pursue two different degree at the same time. You can either do BEd or 4 year degree. there is learning path(10th-> 12th-> UG-> PG->PhD) for any considered stream or branch. UG, PG and PhD is done in same branch. PG is more about specialization in one domain. PhD is working on research in one domain of your branch. You can't change branch/subject in middle.

it should be your choice what you want to make in your career. choose one and start it's learning path.  if you consider BEd then you can do BEd then MEd and get good job option.
