You did not mention in which exam you have secured this marks. Admission in B.Pharma course is done on the basis of entrance examination. Government or state colleges conduct their own entrance examination and based on the marks secured by the candidates in those examination admission process are done.

• MHT-CET Maharashtra Entrance Test
• BHU-B Entrance Exam
• Goa Common Entrance Test
• GUJCET- Gujrat entrance test
• WBJEE - West Bengal entrance exam
• TS EAMCET - Telangana entrance test
• AP EAMCET - Andhra Pradesh entrance exam
• OJEE - Odisha entrance

You need to appear in the entrance exam of your state and need to secure good rank in order to take admission in B.Pharma courses in govt. college through the counselling process.
