Dear student, the deduction in percentage from the fourth cut off to 5th cut off in Delhi University is based on the vacancy. Generally, in some colleges the deduction in the subsequent rounds decreases by around 1 to 1.5 %. It even goes to around 2 percentage if there is a good number of seats left vacant.
