Yes, with 600 rank in IPU CET you would definitely get a good as well as the top colleges of IP University.
But the chances are very less that you would be able to get Maharaja Surajmal Institute for pursuing BCA as the cut off for this college is closed near 400.
You can definitely get admission in VIPS for BCA and that is also a top college of IP University.
