67 % in 12th including my addition subject cbse rule is calculated best of 5 right ? so why i reject

You didn't mentioned the name of the examination or the counselling for which you are rejected. Kindly repost the question with the name of the counselling or the examination, so that we can understand the perspective of your question and can provide you the information.

Now yeah! in CBSE the best of 5 is calculated to the score of 10+2.
