For which call you are asking. Please specify it clearly so that I can give you answer in a better way.

With 80% in B.tech, you clear the eligibility criteria of almost all the colleges in which you might apply for further evaluation but with 70 percentile you won't be getting calls from any of the IIMs.

And even the private colleges from which you will be getting calls will not be good enough. If your profile turns out to be strong then you will have a slim chance of ending up in a good college.
