According to your marks in muoet , it seems difficult that you can get CSE or ECE in Manipal main campus . But you have little chances of getting CSE in Jaipur campus whereas you can easily get into ECE of Jaipur with this rank. In maniapal Sikkim you can get anything even CSE very easily.

In main campus, you are having the options of mechatronics, biotech, biomedical, textile, production and all.

In Jaipur campus except CSE you can go for anything.
