As you have mentioned that you have got 84 percentile and taking into consideration that you belong to general category so let me tell your all india rank  would be around 1.8-2L.

So, in this rank you cant expect any of the good nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela excluding the top 3-4 nits. You may hope for Meghalaya , mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh,Nagaland,srinagar but note that your home state should be one of these.
