Blue -10*6

Gold-±5%

20×10*6 ohm with tolerance of 5%.

The formula to be used is:
R = (1st Digit x 10 + 2nd Digit) x Multiplier
So accordingly,
R=(2x10+6)x1 +/-5%
R=26+/-5% ohms
