Yes. A CEC student can become a MRO Officer. Here is a glimpse of information which may help you.

MRO stands for Mandal Revenue Officer and it is a Group 2 position. You have to appear for your State Public Service Commission (TSPSC or APPSC) Group II exam. To be eligible for APPSC, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Also you need to have  at-least 55-60 percent with any graduation degree from recognized University.
