A coil of resistance 12ohm and inductive reactance of 25ohm is connected in series with a capacitive reactance of 41 ohm .the combination is connectd to a supply 230v,50Hz . using phasor algebra ,find (1) circuit impedance (2)current and (3)power consumed

The current impedance can be calculated using the formula I0=V0/Z and the current values can be calculated using irms=vrms/z. You can substitute the above values in the above formula and find the answers.And then value of power can be calculatedby power = v*i
