Hey,

The probability of a 3 on the die is 1/6. The probability of a heads on the coin is 1/2. That means that (on average) half the time you roll a 3 you'll also get heads and the other half you'll get tails .

So, it's 1/12 that you'll get a 3 and heads on average

SO, ANSWER IS OPTION B
