Academic Qualification:-
Candidates who have passed or are appearing in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Age limit:-
Candidate must be 17 years of age by December 31, 2020.
There is no upper age bar in NEET 2020.
Maximum Number of Attempts:-
There is no restrictions on number of attempts in NEET 2020.

AS you can see above it doesn't matter if you have cs or not but you should have pcb and English in12th that's for sure.
