See a doctor also has too start with low salary then with time and experience he is able to earn more. In the beginning in Internship they start earning 50,000/ month. Then after completing Internship it depends whether they go for jobs in government hospitals/ private hospitals it start practicing in their own clinics. They freshly start with Minimum 10,000/ day ie 3 lakh per month. With experience and with time they are paid hourly . They are paid in thousands per hour, practising in 2-3 hospitals. In this way their salary goes Minimum 25 lakh / month.

There are surgeons who have their own hospitals and visit to other government and private hospitals 2 days/ week. Heart surgeons , diabetic surgeons ( there are special diabetes doctors for foot surgery.) You won't imagine how much they earn. They can earn 50-60 lakh per month very easily.
