Total energy stored=1/2.Q^2/C

At ant time electrostatic energy is equal to magnetic energy.

1/2.Q^2/C=1-2.q^2/C+1/2.LI^2------------1

q^2/2C=LI^2/2

equation 1 becomes,,,

1/2.Q^2/C = q^2/C

q=Q/√2
