Hi,
Distance between the plates
dy=0.025x10^(-3)m

Velocity of upper plate
u=0.6m/s

F=2.0N/m^2

du=change in velocity=u-0=0.60m/s
dy=change in distance=0.025x10^(-3)m

Force per unit area=2.0N/m^2

Mue=2x0.025x10^(-3)/0.60
=8.33x10^(-4)poise
