Generally, you are expected to produce a proof of nativity of the respective state where you intend to seek admission via the 85% state quota.

Most of the colleges ask for domicile certificate while some consider from where you have done 12th. In your case, you can contact or see prospectus of individual college to know about their eligiblity criteria.

If u have passed 11th and 12th from punjab then u are eligible for 85% quota for medical college.But check the eligibility or contact to colleges
