Dear Shahbaj, Candidates need to pass 10+2 or equivalent exam in 2017 or 2018. Candidates who are appearing for 10+2 in 2019 are also eligible irrespective of their age. So unfortunately candidates who have passed 10+2 before 2017 are not eligible for JEE Main 2019.  Assuming the rules remain the same, they will also not be eligible for JEE Main 2020.

As you passed the 12th exam in 2014 so you cannot appear for JEE mains in2019/2020. One can give the exam in three consecutive year. There should be no gap.Therefore  Sorry you are not eligible for the mains.
