Hi 

You can calculate this work function by using 

Richardson- dushman equation , 

Consider J=0.1 , A= 60.2 , T= 1900

b=11600*pi ,

Work function 

J= A* T^2  * e ^ b/ T 

By the above consider values you can calculate the pi value .

Which is the work function .

Answer will be 3.56 eV
