If you are currently pursuing M.Tech, they definitely give more weightage to how you perform in the aptitude, HR and further selection rounds Btech marks are considered but if you have a good weightage and GPA in your Mtech and further then it will be good and you have a better chance

General These Companies you have mentioned above don't really much care about Your percentage and backlogs. For instance in Google if you have the skill they want you don't need a degree to show that. And regarding placements for good companies like Microsoft,Samsung, Amazon. Atleast a maintain a score of 8. Still if you have the skill you will get placed. But you must be best in your field.

A back during b.tech is not likely to affect your placements at the M.tech level. You should have got a good GATE score to have got admission into these colleges for M.tech which outweighs your back factor. Do well in your M.tech, do projects and you would hopefully be placed.
