Hello,
You don't need to worry about this i will help you.You don't have to update your aadhar card if you and your family reside in DELHI but if you don't reside there and reside in bihar then you definitely have to update as it is mandatory while filling application form of engineering entrance exams like jee mains.For more details,consult with any kyc centre.
