You should undoubtedly practice previous year neet questions, practising these questions will help you to understand the types of questions which are asked in neet exam, you will understand the important topics which are covered in the neet exam ,so that you can prepare for the neet examination accordingly .

But yes , practising only previous year neet questions alone is not sufficient or enough for neet examination, in addition to practising previous year neet questions, you should solve ncert books as well all around 90 % of questions in neet are directly based on concepts from ncert .
