Yes. It can be paid through Credit or Debit Credit or by E-Challan of ICICI Bank, Syndicate Bank, or Canara Bank.

In payment screen it shows that card payment is not available from 23:59 to 00:30....

So that's okay. They might a time frame limitation. You can try later the time limit given by them.

Yes, there are 2 ways to complete the payment. First one is net banking and the other one is PAP form/e-Challan. So you can choose the method as per your convenience.
