The reservations available in NEET UG are just 15% for scheduled caste, 7.5% for scheduled tribe, 3% for physically handicapped candidates and 22.5% for other backward classes and no specific reserved category for any sports quota is available as mentioned whether it be for the 85% state quota 15% all India quota seats for NEET UG admission

In NEET 2019 reservation policies there is no mention of sports/defence quota.according to the government of india regulations there is a provision of 15% all india quota for the applicant's of

  Scheduled caste-15%

Scheduled Tribes-7.5%

OBC-NCL-27%

physically handicapped- 3%

please note that this is all india quota hence candidates from any state are eligible for these seats.

I would like to tell you that the government colleges would not support any sports quota.

However, some private institues may provide with some relaxations for sports quota.
