 Your medical tests will be conducted by the medical college where to get the admission.Basic tests like Eye sight, color blindness,blood clotting time,lungs capacity, blood group, sugar, hydrocele in male students , chest X-ray etc. Are conducted.(if its about fitness certificate)

If you have serious issue like differentially abled person you can get it from Government hospital as its more valid.
