Hello Shekhawat,
For a student, Class 12 or Higher Secondary (HSC) is considered the threshold to the world of higher education. There are hundreds of degree, diploma and certificate options to choose from for students after class 12th.Choosing a course at undergraduate level (UG) depends upon various factors like  education stream in Class 11 and 12, marks scored in Class 12, interest of candidate and career goal.
For those who have studied Science (PCM/PCB/PCMB) in Class IX and XII, the most popular courses are BTech/BE, Integrated MTech, BCA, MBBS, BPharma, BArch or BSc in a subject of choice.

As far as eligibility is concerned, those aspiring for BTech/BE, BArch and BCA must have studied Science with Mathematics (PCM or PCMB) in Class 12. Those with PCM/PCMB combination can also make a career in the aviation industry as a Commercial Pilot. Students who have cleared Class 12 with a PCMB/PCM combination are also eligible to get into the National Defence Academy (NDA), Pune by clearing theNDA entrance exam.

However, medical courses including MBBS, BDS, BPharma, Nursing, and Paramedical require a PCB combination where Maths is not compulsory.

For those who have studied Commerce (with Maths/without Maths) in Class 11 and 12, the most popular courses at UG level are BCom, BCom(H), Eco(H), BBA/BMS, Integrated MBA, CFP, CA and CS.

Students with Arts background have a wide range of areas of studies to choose from. For those who study Arts in Class 11 and 12, the most popular courses at UG level are BA, BA (H), BA LLB, BFA, BJMC, BBA/BMS, B Lib, BSW.

If you don't want to pursue Btech then other options for students who like Maths and Chemistry is that you can do a bachelor in Actuarial Science, BSc in statistics, BSc in applied mathematics, BSc in chemistry, etc.
