Hey Aspirant, in ST category your expected rank is really good. If you manage to get as much rank as predicted by the rank predictor you have used then you can easily get into you preferred NIT.

If we refer to the previous year cutoffs then it can be clearly seen that NITs like Jaipur NIT and Bhopal NIT offered seats for B.arch for ST category at rank as low as 400.

Thus hopefully you can admission in most of the NITs.
