Yes,The APSC gives the merit list based on the Reservation category u belong to.

The APSC Assistant Engineer AE cut off scores are the minimum qualified marks obtained by the candidates to get eligible for the further selection process. Candidates can compare their score with Indian Navy MR cutoff marks to know their qualifying status. These Cutoff marks are finalized by considering a few elements. They include:

• The number of candidates attended the exam.
• The Number of available vacancies.
• Average qualifying percentage.
• The difficulty level of question paper.
• Category based reservation.
