It could be due to wrong URL. You can proceed to JIPMER application form through the link given below.

Am facing the same problem...though I follow the proper link to login to candidate credential,it only shows me the candidate details..and the option to go to application form to complete the payment isn't there.. though there appears a small blue coloured icon which displays nothing,where,i think,we are supposed to find our logout or go to application form options.. pls help us through..
