Hi,

To become a lawyer one need to secure a law degree.

There are two types of law degree courses

Integrated Ba.llb, BBA.llb, BSc.llb etc. Which you can do after 12th Or 10+2. It is a 5 year course.

LLB - it is a three years course. You can take admission in this course after completing the minimum 3 years graduation course.

The admission are taken mostly on the basis of entrance test like clay exam, slat exam, law mh CET ,bhu law CET etc.etc.

So the flow chart to become lawyer will be as -

  • 10+2 passed or appearing

Need to

  • Apply for entrance test and prepare for exam. Clear the exam.

Than

  • Apply to integrated law course. Complete the course.

Than

  • Get the degree and become registered lawyer.

Hope this helps.
