Yes surely are having and opportunity to pursue BA. That too in good college based on the college entrance exam . If u wanna get into an private college tgen the fees may be around 1 lakh to 2 lakh but tgere are some college  that do provide less than it . Hope tgis can help you.

Yes. You can do . The maximum age limit to do any graduation degree is 25 years of age. So you can do that. But some courses have exception. The fee structure of Bachelor of Arts or any course varies with the college. Please mention clearly the college.
