never mind all you have to do is as follows after the declaration of result during the document verification keep an affidavit of the issue and mention the problem in the affidavit the same which in my view the concerned authorities will recorrect it or you may even request them which if possible they will resurrect without the affidavit.

just concentrate on your studies don't worry about that as it will be managed during your seat allotment and document verification.
