The mop up round is basically organised to fill all the vacant seats of cental/ private / deemed medical colleges. 

And as you mentioned that the last cutoff rank for Telangana medical colleges is 33890 and you had secured a rank of 39399, so right now getting a govt.seat in any medical college is 50% for you through mop up round.Because the admission only depends on the seat availability and highest cutoff at the time of mop up rounds.
