Hello Vandana,
The option of free exit is only available in the first round of counseling but there's no such option in second round of counseling.
In the second round you can exit with the forfeiture of fees i.e. losing the security money that you have deposited.
Hence the amount of 2,00,000 rs which you have paid as security deposit cannot be refunded to you.
Hence either you have to take admission in that college or you'll lose your money.
