As you have not mentioned the name of the exam of which you have query it would be difficuly to answer the date and fees. However, eligibility required to do B. Pharm is:

must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology with a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination. If you have done three year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), then also you are eligible.
