Hello Sanjay!

For joining medical stream, you need to complete your (10+2) level from science stream with Biology as one of your core subjects. There is no criteria for admission to medical colleges directly after Class 10th. Qualifying senior secondary exams or its equivalent from a recognized board is crucial for this.
Though many students prefer to join coaching centres along with their higher secondary studies after matriculation to prepare themselves for the single gateway to medical field : National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET).
After qualifying your 12th class, clearing NEET with a valid score can only fetch you a seat in medical colleges.

And to be eligible, you also need to complete 17 years of age.
