Kurukshetra University's Directorate of Distance Education (DDE)  offers various courses in M.A.
You have not mentioned the course related to your query. Here, admission is provided to M. A. courses on the basis of merit and other category based weightages (if any applicable).
As the first step, you need to register yourself on 'Student Registration' portal by visiting : www.ddekuk.ac.in.

Then you'll have to submit its online application form. Admission to the first session is over now (January to December 2020). For July 2020 session, online application portal will remain activated tentatively from 1st July to 31st August 2020.

The fees structure per installment for various MA correspondence courses ranges from Rs 3000/-  to Rs 4000/- so, the total fees (for the complete 2 years programme) will be between Rs 12,000/- to Rs 16,000/- depending on your course.

There is no age limit given as per the latest prospectus released on its official website.
