If you want to get admitted in the 2nd year of the BCOM Computer Application in the Sacred Heart College of Arts and Science then firstly it may not possible, because the college didn't have any information regarding the intake in the mid years. Secondly if you are applying for it then the college you have done your 1st year must be affiliated by Kakatiya University, Warangal . If not then you can't get admission in the 2nd year of BCOM Computer Application.
