It is very difficult for us to answer the question you have asked about because you have not mentioned the college and course. So it is difficult to hit the right target.

Generally, the admissions are being done in several colleges. The reason for not starting the admission is because the result for class 12th CBSE and other boards have not been declared. So, this is creating issues. As soon as the result will be declared, the students will be able to take admission to their respective colleges.

Alert from this the admissions to IIT is also being done after the result of JEE advance.
