Dear Chandra, if you haven't changed the photo even after being notified about the same, unfortunately, your registration isn't successful and you don't receive an admit card. Now that the admit cards have already been released and the exam is scheduled for January 6th, am afraid, to be honest, but there is really nothing that can be done at this stage. Careers360 or anyone else for that matter cannot interfere in the admit card process because NTA is the sole exam conducting authority.
