i am happy to see this question.i appreciate your career to choose as ISRO as a scientist.

if you have decided to take up a career in space science ,it is advised to start early after class 10 .You should choose P.C.M(physics chemistry and mathematics) at class 12 and B.tech/B.E in such as electronics,Electrical,Mechanical and computer science. Who are aiming to ISRO jobs should pursue their bachelors degree or related to space technology and physics

A PHD in physics and mathematics is an added advantage

After passing 10th you can't get into the ISRO directly. for getting a job in ISRO you have to pass 12th then graduation and then master degree. You must have Astro physics, aerodynamics or space field physics in both graduation and post graduation. I have clearly given the steps for getting into the ISRO. Apart from that if you want to join Indian space research organization as an engineer or scientists they must have completed their 12th in Science stream with maximum weightage and also appeared for the IIST exam.

After Graduation

• IF you wants  want to get into Indian space research organization after graduation  then you must be graduated with an engineering degree from a well recognized university or institution.
• You must have passed with minimum 65 % marks in any of this bachelor degree including electrical, Electronics, computer science, Mechanical engineering.
• You must be an Indian citizen.

There are lots of ways are there to take join ISRO but it will different for every level of person like Undergraduate ,Graduate ,master etc...
